Aw, come on, refitting a ship to travel under her own power after being laid-up for almost twenty year, just for one trip, is TOTALLY cost effective. Not to mention the refit she'd need to safely accomodate guests.

And a 500 meters safety zone is pretty lax, for a dead ship under tow. I imagine that's in confined water.

Sometimes, I just wish the media'd stay far away from anything involving ship. Or at least research their stuff.
