Waiting in queue

Howdy,
Running SHCOMMANDER & GREY WOLVES.Forward torp. room full
of all hands,crew fatigue set to none.Donot seem to be able
to get any reload,just waiting in queue for ever.

Click your weapons officer, and click torps. Is the box in top left clicked for auto load?

Are you runing in silent mod? If you are then crew will not reload it, since it causes noise.

yeah if your silent running nothing will work i.e repairs, torploading etc.
