When you know you're going to die

Was closing in on Gibralter from the east when i got a report of a warship closing from the west of me. I was at periscope depth...middle of the day...water was like glass.

It ended up being a Task Force with 2 battlewagons, 2 cruisers, and a beehive of destroyers as a few of the regular patroling ones were around. I was in a good position...went all quiet...but they heard me anyway.

So i went all ahead flank at the nearest BB...and i got off a hasty salvo at it. Just one hit before i got my first DC's dropped on me.

Well...i had critical damage...had to maintain ahead full just to not sink like a rock.
So i blew the ballast...hit the surface...manned the Deck Gun...and preceded to pummel that nearest Battleship smartly....

Well until the whole British Med Squadron unloaded on me. And might i say this...5.1 surround sound is pretty neat with shots comming in from all angles.

Took them about 10 seconds to turn my beautiful sub into a can of cheese wiz.
