"Really, sir. This stuff's been in the ground, soaking up water and acid for 60 years. This kind of stuff is like nitro -- it's probably so unstable, it'd blow the minute we put tools to the casing. Happens all the time on ocean dives. The best thing to do would be to just set our charges, fill the area with sand, dump a little concrete over it, then cover it with dirt and a light steel dome. Absolutely no problem."
