Default GWX Dive Planes and Depth

I've noticed that if I order P-depth and ahead 1/3 all is well and I can proceed toward target as you might in the unmodded game. Once I reach my intended firing position I order all stop. The boat then seems to very slowly rise out of the water. To me, this is very cool, and something that wasn't there in the unmodded game.

Did the GWX team somehow adjust the boat buonyancy so that if there's no forward momentum, the dive planes don't push down, so the boat rises?

I have to make sure now that I order 14-15m depth in calm waters otherwise the escorts spot me stickin outta the water and open up. That was a rude awakening on at least a couple occasions...

I mean if it's somehow a glitch, I don't wanna fix it! :rotfl:

They sure did... there is also a "reduced positive bouyancy mod" - this and many other additions are found in the uber-informative GWX manual in your SH3 Folder.
