think these animated characters are the same used to enliven the harbours, right? Means adding an external link node and calling them from the *.eqp file.

I think you might consider changing from IE
to Mozilla Firefox.

No, not Firefox, OPERA. Opera has much less security issues and they get fixed almost instantly, Firefox's issues take a lot of time to get fixed. The only thing Firefox is better with is the fact that it's open source,.
