Help needed

Yo Kaleuns!

I want do some graphics - to install them in Silent Hunter 3 game
instead the old ones...but i dont know WHICH PROGRAM will be good to
make this stuff? Program to make graphic with tga extension and to
convert other picture formats np.jpg or gif to tga.
Can somebody help me to find needed TOOLS?

It's a bit pricey but I use Photoshop (Photoshop v5.0). I'm still learning it after years and years of use.
What kind of graphic work are you trying to do? If you need to merely convert from one format to another I would do some google searching for that or have someone from here convert them for you (I wouldn't mind helping out when I have time).

For conversion to tga format I use Saint Paint

I use Photoshop and The GIMP. The GIMP is a nice freeware easy to use graphics editor wuote a lot of my emblem and skin work is doing using GIMP.
