If by piglets you mean Guinea pig (cavia porcellus), yes I believe so.
Peruvians consume an estimated 65 million guinea pigs each year, and the animal is so entrenched in the culture that one famous painting of the Last Supper in the main cathedral in Cusco, Peru shows Christ and the twelve disciples dining on guinea pig.

Mmmmmmmmmmmmmm, yummy!

PS Don't you just love how alimentary canal[sic], the cooking method is?

This is probably where the timeless dinner table saying "stop making a pig of yourself" came from then

MMM Guinea Pig, I assume it'll be the pork version of Quail.

Safe Keeper: Never mentioned that they shouldn't eat dog. I wouldn't do it myself as I'm a dog fan. I'd probably prefer to eat bugs, which I would do rather than starve. The main point of posting this is to point out that Korea is a mess of a place.

Putrefied fish is another delicacy popular in some asian and New Zealand cultures. Not too bad once you get past the smell.

Hehe, reading this thread reminded me of when I was in Vietnam. I enjoyed what I *thought* was an Ox soup. Only afterwards was I told what it really was - "Thịt chó", or dog meat - (cheeky Vietnamese hosts).

Still, I didn't mind it. But then again, I LOVE Black Pudding (and white pudding for that matter), Haggis, Bara Lawnr laverbread, Dinuguan, sweetbread...
