I can help you out. I made a custom HUD for MilkMan based on mine that uses the mods of others and changes by myself that includes the 6 dials mod, TDC and UZO dials mods. It moves the speed, depth, and rudder form the big dials down to the bottom right corner of the screen (i hated having to have the dial slideout to see them!). It's JSGME compliant so just unzip to mods folder and enjoy! It's based on the stock GWX 1.03 menu_1024_768.ini file so it will work fine for you as long as no other mod you have has changed this file.
