I suppose the helmet must be pressurized and that means there is a pressure seal against the skin? :hmm:

How can this be done?

As long as the sealed helmet is sealed to the suit as in sealed from the vacuum it really doesn't need a pressurization system?
I thought that suits had to be heated though and it doesn't say anything about heating.

Maybe it can include heating elements within the fabric of the suit. Also modern materials are much better at keeping heat from bleeding out. The new NHL uniforms are kind of like that.:p
