The good old Tommy-cooker! Agree with everyone else, it looks like you've done a good job of building it, but it needs some scrapes and dirt, since most Shermans were either sneaking through hedges in France trying to outflank Tigers, or slogging it through buckets of mud up Italy.
So a bit of dry-brushing would improve it a lot.
