Not sure what your working on but just find the position as garferi, pointed out, the Pos= for each dial, you will then have to find the slide out command & change the Pos= there as well, probably a negative value on the right side of screen, I would investigate furter but I do not use this mod, I have my own mod that just slides the whole station panel away!

I would like to move messages text under the slideout dial. At this pic it's above dial and I want to change that.

Unfortunately it couldn't be done by editing "Pos=" line.

Sorry I think no easy way to fix this...
I'm using the sorter messege field, and it is good. If you play this game longer time, you will hear the messeges and not read...

The message that is displayed is not part of the dials mod, if it's the standard "message bar" then it is located here:

[G3F I138]
Name=Group msg top bar

or - Not sure which one!

[G3F I148]
Name=Group messages

Note that the item number may be incorrect, the group (G3F) is correct.
This is assuming you are referring to the message bars, just change the Pos=values here, backup your original first though.
