Me likes the sound of that, especially the whole 'declaration of war' stuff. Thats something that basically prevents one man dragging the country into a stink.
I have to say its a very clever trick, even had me fooled for a second.

Not that it makes a big deal, because Tony Blair never actually declared war on anybody. Just engaged in "military actions" there is a big difference... apparantly...
