The russian station matching exactly my russian station is too much of coincidence. Seems like common courtesy to me that you should mention you are combining, editing, adding to other people's mods to make this mod, then list the names of the people that put effort into the mods you are using as base for your own mod. Also it probably would have been a good idea to ask those people first if you could use their mod as a base for your own.

Some of these radio programs may be from mods here. I compressed all the sound files smaller and scripted most of them in. I was wondering where I found all that Russian music...
