What to do - CTD (Sonalysts reply - need memory offset)

Been playing for awhile, usually no big problems.

Not a CTD, just freezes, unable to make any entries, ctl+alt+del doesnt work, nothing, must manually reboot.
Typically about 10-15 minutes into a game.
No difference if MP or single, many different maps.
USing 1.03 or LWAMI Mod, same problem.
No other problems with system ,runs for hours without a hiccup.


Specs:
HP LAptop
AMD64 3500
1GB Pc3200 Ram
Radeon Xpress200 GPU
Windows XP SP2

All firewalls, spybots, etc off.
Any ideas, getting frustrated...

It could be the graphics card.
I had exactly the same sympotms on my old computer (desktop) and the culprit was the graphics card.
