hello,

how can i change so that i can have more crew members in the u boats?

cuz i could really use two more officers!

Ok if you look under C:\Program Files\Ubisoft\SilentHunterIII\data\Cfg then
open basic cfg you will see a setting for each sub type

like this

[SUBMARINE1]
NrMinOff=3 <----------- this section will set crew.
NrMaxOff=5 <-----------
NrMinPO=9 <-----------
NrMaxPO=16 <-----------
NrMinSeamen=20 <-----------
NrMaxSeamen=30 <-----------
