[Rel] less Damaging Aircraft Bombs

Personaly I like to take a few pot shots at the aircraft sometimes.
I found it a bit anoying that it seemed everytime an aircraft droped a bomb on me
it would wipe out my boat. So I got out the mini tweaker and made up these files.
You will still get bombed but the first hit wont wipe you out.
The strength of aircraft bombs has been reduced.

did you reduce the damage for all aircraft or just japans?

the bombs are not made harmless but the amount of damage produced by one bomb has been roughly halfed.
You will still recieve damage when bombed . It is unlikley your sub will be taken out in one hit. but if you take too many hits you will still sink.
This applies to both friendly and enemy aircraft but I think you will find that it will have little affect on friendly aircraft attacking enemy ships and vise versa as your sub has far more hit points than other craft.
allso worth mentioning , I made no changes to aircraft droped torpedoes or depth charges. they remain the same.
