Curious, though, why don't you have Sensors specialists in your conning tower? Looks like you filled it up with Command and Engines guys?

(not that I guess it matters much when they're all uber-skilled at everything

)

Because there are no skippers that have that icon, BUT the guys in my conning tower got the best Electrical skills and it's their 1st and most important skill

Well, as soon as there were any lvl 12 Lieutentants available, I got my hands on them

And I'm on my 19th patrol right now, so they had plenty of time to be skilled I guess :hmm:
