Hello Hemisent:
If I am not mistaken, the files you load in Mini Tweaker, are just pointers that tell the program which file to modify, so it doesn't make a difference if the file has changed, because Mini Tweaker will alway find the right file to modify.
I am not 100 pct. sure about this, but i think that's the way it works.
I hope this helps, but just in case wait for one of the veterans around here to confirm or deny my statement.
Anyway, I hope I understood your question, but in case I haven't, then sorry.

you're not quite right:
if a modification has changed the file size, the matching tweak file has to be changed/updated, too; otherwise MiniTweaker isn't able to work properly no more.

NYGM and I think GWX have modified the data or lines within certain tweak files. Is there any listing of these new "mod specific" tweak files which can then be edited with TT's utility.

I've been out of it for awhile but I'm looking to get back and update the sabotage/malfunctions files.

Not that I know, and probably the team members also might want to keep their hard-worked new values let's say...reserved:hmm: which I can well understand.

any "new" tweak files would have to be created specifically for what you are looking to do. creating a tweak file is hard and takes lots of work but can be done with a little time and effort. in the "read me" for the mini tweaker it explains how to create these files and offers suggestions of how to get help if you try doing it.

the hard part about a tweak file is making sure it changes the values correctly, these values are written in computer code so you cant just look at it and read it. this is why you can't just pop off a few new tweak files for everyone. what he did took extreme hard work and much valuable time to create for us.
