Actually we do have a similar guy in Frankfurt, as this Ernie.
The "naked Jörg" (der nackte Jörg) runs around in Frankfurt in the summer months for about 15 years now wearing nothing but a pair of Birkenstocks, a plastic bag and a old sony walkman with headphones (i havent figured out yet what kind of music he is into).
He claims to be allergic to clothing, and usually hangs around the campus of Frankfurt University. You can easily tell who's a freshman by them actually noticing him...
Strangely, Jörg never caused any legal action sofar, but on the other hand, this is Frankfurt, not Bielefeld....:rotfl:
