I clicked it and I found entries called 1.01 and 1.02, which I assumed to be the patches (even though that is NOT the folder name in the Ubi folder). There were no patch entries for any of the other SH4 entries. So I didn't delete anything just to be on the safe side.

Am I just overthinking this? It isn't really that big of a deal if I don't delete them, right?
Don't delete any of those.

GakunGak is right. If it's not causing a problem leave the registry alone or get System Mechanic or Advanced System Optimizer or something that autmatically fixes when you run checks. They all have undo's if something goes amiss. ASO is about the best out their according to PC World and it's also one of the cheapest at $29.99. Thats what I use just because I want a clean house.
