Many programs check the registry to see if and where a game is installed. For example, the games setup .exe will check the registry, if you haven't deleted the entries it will think the game is still installed. In some cases this can be a problem.
It's just good practice to delete them really, it helps keep your PC tidy and healthy.

Don't worry too much about the multipel silent hunter entries.
The only thing that might happen is they might cause the default installation directory for some mod .exe s to be incorrect.
If you do want to tidy them up......



Be careful when editing the registry if you are not sure what you are changing, if you make a mistake it can be hard to fix.
