ZERO on 1.2
Overall, exactly one, my first day. I don't remember specifically, but it was probably the "A" key.

Never, only testing mods and stuff, and once or twice when setting TC to 8000 in harbour maybe.

I get one every now and again but it's pretty rare.

Only one, and that was the "A" key.
Now fixed

Only one over the course of two or three complete patrols.

It happened by moving from the nav map under high time compression directly to the bridge without manually dropping to 1x first like I usually do. No biggie.

Since 1.2 the only CTD I have had was switching to the bridge from the map screen but rare(twice). Other then that nada.

A CTD now and again, seems to be sound related. Change screens with a sound playing and sometimes the sound starts to loop and CTD follows.

x2

I think the CTDs have more to do with hardware issues such as drivers, conflicts, overheating, etc than bugs or we would all be getting them, especially the guys with over 50 or 100 hours of gameplay.

I had this happen to me as well. Only issue is that I don't remember exactly what I did. I issued a command then bam! CTD.
