Does this happen at all ranges? and all types of ships? I say this because you could be out of range by a few hundred meters or firing on one of those low keel river boat type dd's (ive never hit one yet ).

Also are you using any nodvd cracks (not an accusation-flame suit not required ) as torps going awol is somtimes a sign of using nodvd cracks.

I also use metric as do alot of others without a problem.
