What program do you convert an image to TGA??? i'd love to start making my own emblems!!

If you have a simple paint program, like MS Paint, all you have to do is load the picture then click 'Save As'. It will give you a list to choose from.

MS Paint does not accomodate tga files

Sorry. I was going from memory. My computer has Paintshop Pro on it, which is what I use, but I have no way of looking so I had to guess.
