They have had helicopters land on deck of a typhoon a jet might be too heavy though.

I also read somwhere about mini helis starting from subs right after the war. It was just one seat, no tail section, no rotating part engine, just scramjet chambers at tips of the rotor blades. It could be build from parts in just a few minutes and was used (or being tested at least) for reconnaissance purposes.

The Germans had a "heli-kite", a little gyrocopter that was towed by the submarine to altitude to extend the visible search range. If you had to dive, oh well...
