Interesting note - Japan has some women-only train cars, mostly due to the rampant sexual harassment there (though I really hope Israel isn't as bad in that regard as Japan).

It isn't and if it was, doing something like this might be reasonable.

Note to TteFAboB: to the best of my knowledge, Japan is not considered a 3rd world country.
