the ppl on the lifeboats will die anyway

but i wont do that with every lifeboat.

I would support destructible life boats and possibility to kill survivors only as long as the mod also puts the Kaleun later in front of the Nuremberg court as war criminal to be hanged

Make it like the Hospital ship: Sinking is an instant -10 000 renown, meaning it ends your campaign.

you can also cheat a bit with the patrol_0 and patrol folder (found in you career folder)

i did this once and then destroyed the whole home fleet

Its nice to see this thread has raised the interest in lifeboats once again.

I posted the link below once before, but if you scroll down to no. 6 in the list someone already designed them - but this is an old link.
