I'd be interested to hear from anyone who has defragged and noticed a worthwhile performance improvement

I use Power Defragmenter every now and then and it definately makes things a little quicker on my computer. Have your computer do it before you go to bed and you wake up with a nice defragmented HD so then there is no waiting for it.
