Kapitan, only reason I mentioned it is I've never seen it in several careers of SH3, and 5 or 6 patrols of SH4. Only parts I've seen getting blown off is the usual deck cargo boxes flying all over the place when something in the ship explodes, and the various unidentifiable "bits and pieces" that leave nice smoldering trails following an explosion

Not crappy at all....nice murky water, green alge doing its thing, a ship split in two....looks good to me.
Beauty is in the eye of the beholder as they say ![]() When you get some more screenshots, post in the screenshot thread. This is most favorite stop on this forum. Got some awsome shots there now. Great place to keep them all together for viewing! PS. I take some of them for my desktop pictures....shhhhhh...don't tell.....

This brings up a good question though: why are some of the ships so hard to sink? I have hit with as many as four torps leaving at least one gaping hole in the side and they still keep plugging along!
Another thing that I've noticed is that if you blow a visible hole in a ship then save game, exit, and come back later, then that hole is gone. The ship might still be listing, but there is no evidence of any damage. |
