I'm starting to think theres somthing in 1.2 that dont like nvidia, was reluctant to say at first since i just installed vista

but i'm seeing a few nvidia users here reporting graphic anomalies since 1.2 update, try reinstalling drivers, not saying this is THE problem but might help.

Ive got the same problem, however Im using an ATI card (x850xt 256)... Havent had this before, probobly something with 1.2

I had a similar issue plus all SJ radar was gone from the game, *poof*
I installed the 1.2 patch over a 1.1 patched game *no no*
Best to uninstall the game completly, reinstall, then apply the 1.2 patch.
Now everything is fine on my system.

Just goes to show you how gremlins can get into the files even when
you think all is well, always best to reinstall me thinks.

Shad are saying reinstall then patch with 1.2 without 1.1 first? if so i'll give that ago...

You dont need 1.1, its included with 1.2

Anyway it worked for me.

I have a 7900 GTX , win XP and no such issues in 1.2.

However, I see you just installed Vista, new driver issue maybe? :hmm:

GF6600GT Win XP: Got the weird Nav map, stopped the game and restarted a new career and it was ok ??? worked for me ..

6800GT here, 2X AA (if that matters).

Same thing has happened 2-3 times. Just a simple restart of the game has fixed it.

I have the same card - not seeing this issue.
Used an autosave and a new career, plus loaded saves.

Wont let you do that says "Invalid file" or something of that sort.

I "heard" that you can continue from a base "autosave" file but I wouldent recommend it.

I started a new career also. No issue. Just wondering if it was forced or a workaround like SH3 had.
