This story has been around for a while? Is this a new development. I know someone who just spent $9000 to save her dog.

Default Cat Food Recall

I heard about this a while ago. It was worrying for awhile, as my parents fed both of our cats with one of the recalled brands. However, both of them are fine so I guess we managed to avoid a poisoned package. (Both cats are now eating a different brand).

We also have a dog, but she wasn't being fed with a recalled brand.

I have been safe from recalls so far. Pretty scary stuff

After all, who would want to hurt my baby kitty?

The recall has just been expanded again.
Natural Balance stuff has been pulled.

This has been an absolute nightmare. Yay for monopolies (and/or single suppliers)!
