A great but maddining game

I love this game but cant get it to run on my machine. I contaced securom and they said the game should run but it crashes to the desktop after a few minutes no matter what I do. Nivida 6600 Graphics Card

I still haven't gotten mine playable yet either so don't feel too bad.
I have a bunch of experience with Dell computers but need to know more about what you are running and how it's configured before I can be of any help.

My first inclination would be drivers, the second is heat issues. The 4600 also has onboard sound right? Try disabling that and see what you get. Post your service tag # and we'll go from there.
