International, US versions language

Ok probably a noob type question to be asking...but I am here in Geneva Switzerland and have seen SH4 in the local shops, mostly the standard version as well as in one shop copies of the collector's edition.

My question, on the box it says "game menu and manual in French, voices in English" (en francais). My question is though, does the install give you a chocie of languages? I mean every other UBI game I got including SH3 gives you the choice of several languages...I understand and speak French but still would rather have the choice to install in English. Does anyone know if it is possible???

Also, what does the deluxe issue contain? Other than the paper manuals what does the DVD contain is it worth the extra bucks? Thinking historical documentary to make it worthwhile.

The European version offers four different languages, Englisch, German, French and a fourth which I can't remember.
