What are you virtual-memory settings?
Try system-managed size.

Where or how do I find virtual memory?

First Defrag your C-drive.

Then R-click on My Computer, go to Properties/Advanced/Performance/Settings/Advanced/VirtualMemory/Change, Set to System managed size on C, click OK, and reboot when adviced.

Defrag again (the big green chunck should be your virtual memory).

How much RAM do you have anyway?

Thanks. I'll have to wait until late evening to try this.

Strange stuff. If all else fails try reinstalling fraps.
