I found the easter egg in Onkel Neal's review in the picture of the cargo ship!
It's written right on the side...

In the screenshot of the merchant ship, bottom left corner of the ship, scrawled is "Bernard Was here!" Click that graffiti and you are taken to the Secret Easter Egg page.
