Ahoi Kaleuns.......

Interested in any Mailings for the Submarines Conning Tower? I have made some for the Subs in Silent Hunter 4.

See them for some Boats as follows: The USS-286 Billfish, the USS-181 Pompano, the USS-190 Spearfish, the USS-203 Tuna and USS-245 Cobia. Please note that you save the original files! Some bigger Pictures are included and you must have 7z to extract the Download File!

"Mailing" is another Name for the little Pictures on a Conning Tower from the Sub. Look the Picture and see what i mean. You know another Word for that?

The conning tower emblem was usually a painting of the ship's battle flag emblem. I've never seen the word Mailings used that way. Mailings is not a German word? I think Sinnbild is the German for emblem?

Yep, the word Sinnbild is good, but here in Germany its better to say Turmzeichen (transl. Conningtowersign). A lot of German WWII Subs have this signs on her Towers. But i miss them on the American WWII Subs, maybee the "Redfin" is one of them.
