Last night (patch level 1.0) I had a stationary merchant I had damaged in my attack run with 2 torps and now set TDC speed to zero .

I had to put another 5 torps into it (7 in total) .

I noticed that some of the torps went slightly off where I was aiming approx 5 to 10 Degrees.

I wonder if on 100% settings there is a minor gyro error that can sometimes get put onto the TDC settings. :hmm:

Yes.
Inside the Torpedo_US.sim there are many references to Dud chance and other malfunctions such as Gyro (running in circle), Depth (running to deep), Slow Down Speed, Premature Detenation.

Thses have chance values and Date in Years when they occur. So there is a realistic malfunction code built into the game as a feature, but I think devs are still to get it completely working correct.

Even with 'No Dud' setting, I still had once in a while a premature detenantion.

Having them "once in a while" is correct behavior for "no duds".
