LOL, have you been playing Stock SH3 + mods? If so, just install GWX and you will see instantly. Honestly, there's too many changes to list here. Needless to say you will like it.

I would point you to the GWX manual but it's offline at the moment. (well until I get u/l again)

EDIT - I lied, there is a copy available (v1.02) click on my sig and have a read of the online manual. You've got time to spare while the parts d/l, you'll need it.

reading the manual now, man I am excited to get back into a REAL subsim, rather than that arcade crap over in SH4, I posted about my leaving on the SH4 forum, but I respected the game as to not even mention what was wrong with the game..

But if this GWX gives me even a little more feeling of actually being in the sub than the stock SH3 did, then SH4 has no chance, because it just can't compare to even the stock SH3 game

i am going to reinstall SH3 and try the GWX mod too. I played vanilla SH3 for a long time but my rig would never run it with GWX. Got a new system last month and I must admit, I love SH4 and it runs great on my system, but I can't stand the bugs and unagressive escorts so I think I will go back to SH3 for a while

Good question, I too don't want to manually target.

Yes, you can still set your realism to whatever you like.
