Help with my Deluxe order from shop.ubi.com

Hi there mates.
Bought the game Delxe edition with fedex shipping.
I've got this problem... from the shop.ubi.com site i get the shipping date (evening of the 19th), the delivery slip number, obviously the product but NO TRACKING NUMBER of Fedex.
So now i'm stuck without knowing where the hack is my package (cant' wait!!!!) cause i need that number to track it.
Maybe i'm missing something... maybe that damned delivery slip number has some use in getting the Fedex tracking number, i dont know...
Just wanted to know if someone out there had the same problem...

I am in precisely the same posn here in UK --- SH4 shipped late on 19th but no tracking no.
Suggest like me you sit in a darkened room with a bottle of malt whiskey until its all over---remember worst things happen at sea........

Joaoperru-----Keep the faith --the darkened room and the whiskey has just wrought its magic---SH4 has just been delivered from Ubi--Im sure yours is even now winging its way to Italy.

I'm stuck in the same spot. The UK UBI Online store shows that my Deluxe Edition was shipped at 18:13 March 20, 2007, however as of 15:30 EST there still is no tracking number. I have left 3 C/S messages, none of which have been answered. What gives? I see I can download it right now on Direct to Drive, but I'll already shelled out $144.00 (With the Fed Express delivery) and not about to pay another $49.00 for a digital download. This blows!!!!

Same here I ordered mine three weeks ago....Recieved a mail yesterday saying that it had been shipped 19/03/07 @ 2227 hrs....Still no sign I'm REALLY hoping Tomorrow is the day...
