These replies got me curious. I never really thought about it, and this is the first monitor of mine with a native resolution greater than 800x600. I did run Oblivion in 1280x1024. I ran it in that resolution and I could notice better looking graphics. However, my video card didn't like it too much. There were some noticeable hiccups. I like to run Oblivion on large textures. It runs pretty good with large textures in 1024x768. Now that I notice the difference, I still must use 1024x768 for my video card's sake.
