Haha, I was about to say the same. Absolutely, I'm going the first few with the camera enabled. Wouldn't even think otherwise... :p
But besides that I don't see any reason not to go with other settings maxed-out; I needed some training wheels at first with SHIII, but assuming everything works as it should in SHIV - I'll manage without.
