A nice Greek salad and lots of hills to climb ... exercise breaks up the
fatty globbins and they dissolve in your blood stream instead of building up plaque. I also know how to tune up my own car, but like exercise I don't do it ...  I'm going to start as soon as the snow melts ... exercise that is ...
