I'm thinking it's likely just for those who preorderd online. If this statement form the North American Ubi community manager is anything to go by.

"Especially of notice is the fact that the US Edition will be released on March 20th. This is a fact that was changed in part due to keep things fair and have it release closer to the EMEA/World wide editions (rather than being more than a week ahead)."

I'm not really sure. I pre-ordered online on Feb 12th and of course I would check the order status everyday (I know, I'm impatient) and the ship/release date on the order was Mar 13th. But hey! they shipped today and thats great. It was a total surprise to me!

If it is like Ubisoft used to do it, they will ship your item so it arrives on the release date.

I hope I'm wrong though....I shipped Next-Day Air. That may be why mine has not shipped yet.

*EDIT* Holy cow...mine shipped with an arrival date of Friday! It also says "Item Shipped" on March 8, 2007. WTF! LOL

So I'm getting the game 11 days before the official release date? If true....that's some darn good service!

Show me the tracking number (sorry, I'm not much of an optimist when it comes to this stuff)!

After my FSAA posts, I wouldn't be suprosed if my copy got "lost in the mail". lol

Not me, but there will probably not be one until Fed Ex actually picks it up and scans it into their system. At least thats what I'm telling myself.
