I think Ducimus has incorporated this into his tweak pack v5e, I don't know if you know about my Sliding Stations Panel But I do have my own version (not listed) that incorporates my SSP & Precision periscope mod into one pack for GWX 1.2, if you want I can upload for you.

I have changed the zoom aspect though as there is a bug with the Precision Periscope mod's UZO, if you look out 180degrees then press the zoom keys (Shift - & Shift =) you will see what I mean, I fixed this by applying the zoom to mouse wheel, works well, now in increments with no problems.
