So if we generate an appendix with all the tables then people can just consult it without having to search through the manual all the time. There should be a table of tables (labeled "GWX TABLES") on page vi immdiately following the Table of Contents in Manual V1.02. It should have hotlinks to every table in the manual.

Please let me know if this didn't make it into the manual and we'll make sure it is in there next time.
