I'd like to see more informative charts, as opposed to a few pages of text with all the
information you are trying to find sprawled all over. For example, for radar receivers
you could have the operational date, what wavelengths they cover, what ranges,
where they are mounted on the sub, and so on.

Hi!

Good suggestion! I will add this to the (long) "to do" list.

Pablo another think we can do with the manual is to have a general appendix. What I mean is that there are a number of tables in the manual and a lot of information that can actually tabulated. So if we generate an appendix with all the tables then people can just consult it without having to search through the manual all the time. Obviously the tables will be in the relevant chapters as well but with the appendix we make the user's life easier. I don't know mate just a suggestion

Hi!

There should be a table of tables (labeled "GWX TABLES") on page vi immdiately following the Table of Contents in Manual V1.02. It should have hotlinks to every table in the manual.

Please let me know if this didn't make it into the manual and we'll make sure it is in there next time.

Thanks!

Pablo

The list of tables is there mate. What I suggested is appart from having the list and the tables inside the document we can also group them together in an appendix in the end. That way if someone wants to get some information he will not have to search through the manual. I just feel it's easier that way. The idea of this appendix will be (in my opinion) to save people from using the whole manual as they play the game. What I mean is that the user will read the manual to start with. Then if he needs some information he doesn't have to go and search in the relevant chapter again, as he knows more or less what the information contains. What he needs (usually) is a number, that's why he needs to look at a table or something. So by looking at the appendix (or even making an extra copy of it as a stand alone document) the user can save a lot of time while gathering the information he needs.

As I said before, it's just a suggestion
