Assisted Plotting mod for GWX v.1.02 released!

Well, first I must to sorry for my mistake and thanks to Lanzfeld who notified problem with this mod. Problem was in settings in file contacts.cfg in line "Decay Time For Precise Sensor Contacts=0" I've changed now to 60 and now annoying repeating of contacts by WO is gone. Thanks and sorry for this little mistake.

Anyone who already downloaded the first versions I suggest to open with notepad file contacts.cfg in cfg directory and change the line Decay Time For Precise Sensor Contacts=0 -> to 60 and that's it.
