From the mod - a bit of house cleaning

I cleaned up the sticky threads and made the titles a bit more straightforward/reflective of actual mods they refer to. Let me know if there's any issues with that!

I also made the former NYGM Research sticky into the final NYGM thread, with the mod itself linked therein.

Can you change the name of the (long running) official Sh3Gen thread:

to something like:

SH3Gen discussion

I would do it myself but I dont have the necessary privileges since the forum was updated last time
