Great news on the surface, but it's not finished yet. John Bolton says the deal is not much better than the one they had in 1994 that North Korea didn't keep, but it's better than letting them continue to stock pile more weapons grade material.

Here's a quote from USA Today:

David Albright, head of the Institute for Science and International Security, a Washington think tank, said North Korea has produced enough plutonium for as many as 12 bombs. It tested a nuclear device for the first time in October
